This 3 Bed 2 Bath home in Baldwin Vista is was listed for $1,349,000 and sold for $1,510,000 in under a week!

It was a pleasure to get to work with my clients on every step of this project, acquisition, design, staging, and now selling. The furniture was purchase to fit the vibe of the house, and the consistency shows! The living room with vaulted ceilings has ample natural light and views of the hills. Ceiling height is everything and makes the space feel twice as large!

The Suru Large Pendant Lamp from Article is a great center piece, perfectly complimenting the White, Wood, and Woven look!

The spacious living room flows seamlessly into the dining area featuring a custom created painting by Julian Porcino.

Contrast is key! The black dining chairs from Target are the perfect compliment to the chandelier which maintains traditional character with a modern twist.

Custom designed white oak cabinets and black leathered granite countertops create the perfect minimalist kitchen. Not to mention the addition of the leather pulls from Etsy for added texture!

An integrated range hood is always the way to go! Inserts can be found on Amazon, and your contractor can assist in the framing and drywall surround.

Sconces are a great way to add an unexpected design element and frame a kitchen sink!

Guest bed #1 is found at the front of the house. Woven baskets and leather pillows add depth to the neutral color scheme.

Guest bed #2 with doors out to a gracious deck is styles as the perfect 'Cool Kids Room'. A built in desk was the perfect way to use an awkward nook and the decorative fishnet above the bed adds just the right amount of dimension and whimsy!

In the guest bath wood mirrors and brass fixtures warm up an otherwise neutral bathroom. Ps, pendant lights above the vanity can also be a wonderful alternative to sconces!

Cement tile from Cle is the perfect accent for the bathroom and add pattern without being overwhelming.

The master suite is a neutral oasis. With doors leading out to a private deck and vaulted ceilings it is truly one of a kind.

Layering pillows with the same color and different textures creates a plush and inviting bed without feeling cluttered. Can you believe the lamps are from Ikea?!

Custom created art by Julian Porcino can be found to the left of the bed. The hallway leading to the bedroom houses the master bath and a walk-in closet!

Gray and white cement tile Cle on the floors ties the master bath together with the guest bath. It's always good to shoot for some cohesion between all spaces in a home!

The vanity is custom designed using Rif-Cut White Oak (Slits are cut into the wood to create the linear look).

The black soaking tub from Signature Hardware is the perfect statement piece to add some contrast to the space!

The private deck off of the master bedroom. DG (Decomposed Granite) as seen to the right is technically a hardscape and has the perfect sandy look to add to the coastal vibe of the home.

White with black trim is always appealing for the exterior of a home and can work with almost any style of architecture!

Adding planters is the perfect way to add dimension to the exterior landscaping and bring greenery onto hardscape!
