Coastal Cool on Coliseum Strikes Again! | Sold

Updated: Sep 21, 2020

Listed for $1,599,000 and sold for $1,700,000! Very exciting when your clients pick up another property right down the street from one of my favorite designed houses and most successful sales! With Coliseum 2.0 we were ready to do it again! With over 2,300SF of open concept living space and 3 beds / 2 baths this home is truly an entertainers dream! Located in beautiful Baldwin Vista this home is perched on the hill side of the street with city and tree top views!

The black fireplace provides the perfect contrast to create a minimal focal point in the space. Using the existing architecture of the space I decided to add a wood planter to bring in a natural element. Oh, yes, the decorative fishnet is also making another appearance!

A dynamic abstract piece by Lola Del Fresno provides the perfect focal point above the sofa!

The entertainers dream! Totally open concept living / dining / kitchen / reading / and breakfast areas! The wood columns provide a nice architectural detail and minimal space separation while also serving their main purpose, structural!

The kitchen is a masterpiece of its own with silky smooth honed Carrara marble countertops, integrate range hood, leather pulls, and cabinets that drop dow to create a breathtaking breakfast nook.

The family room area and an office with double doors flow of the main living space. Keeping the areas open if you want, but also adding some optional separation and privacy...

The vaulted ceilings help keep these two spaces even more bright, light, and airy!

The master suite has views, a walk-in closet, and beautiful ensuite bath coming next...

A custom white oak vanity brings in a natural appeal while crisp white quartz countertops and brushed nickel finishes are a nice modern twist.

I had to think of a creative way to design this bathroom while fitting in a good sized shower and a soaking tub. What better way than a wet room?!

Two secondary bedrooms share this dynamic guest bath with geometric tiles, rattan mirrors, and leather pulls this is certainly the perfect Coastal Cool combo!

This house is stands perched above the street with its glistening white walls and wood and black accents!

One of my favorite details I added to make the entrance stand out were these custom rope railings to bring in those nautical vibes.

I'm sure Coastal Cool will strike again very soon. Until then, stay tuned...
