Brilliant Balinesian Inspired Bungalow | Sold

Updated: Sep 16, 2020

Located in Baldwin Hills and sold in under a week for $1,510,000 this expansive 3 Bed / 2 Bath home is certainly not one to be missed! Experience the entertainers dream as you enter into an open concept living space with vaulted ceilings and seamless flow between the kitchen/dining/family spaces...

This massive island is certainly a show stopper! I designed it with function and beauty in mind - the wall was opened up and the load bearing posts and beams were built into the island creating this unique and dramatic look.

As always the integrated range hood adds a custom minimal feel, and the sage green cabinet color brings a subtle natural twist to the space.

Artwork always has a place in the kitchen! The ample floor to ceiling cabinetry allows for a lack of upper cabinets and therefore creates space for a masterpiece!

This dining table is big enough for 10, and you could even go longer! The kitchen and dining space flow into the family room, truly making this the perfect space for entertaining!

The original rock fireplace was painted a warm gray tone to keep it a little less busy and still beautifully accent the vault of the ceiling. Doors to the left and right flow to the outside...

This enormous room even has skylights to let even more sunshine in!

One of two guest bedrooms at the front of the house is absolutely massive and the perfect space to double as an office, playroom, or... And, yes, there is always a place for a rug on the wall!

The second original fireplace is the view from the bed shown above! Didn't change a thing about this fireplace, just shows the value of styling!

Double doors were added to the grand guest room to give it more potential for a mixed use space!

The guest bathroom has a custom white oak vanity, woven pendants, and honed travertine flooring that carries up onto the back wall of the double shower. Wood look tile on the floors and side shower walls balances out this beautiful space!

The spacious master suite has minimalist vibes with more than enough room for a king sized bed and seating area!

The luxurious master bath brings the honed travertine back in on the floors, this time with a stacked rectangular pattern.

This totally unique custom vanity has canvas door fronts and leather pulls! The circular mirror and brass fixtures round out the look.

The walk in shower slopes into a linear drain. The unexpected shape of the wall tile definitely adds a special touch!

The backyard is separated in to three different areas to create the illusion of a larger space. This patio seen here connects the master bedroom and the family room, creating an amazing indoor/outdoor flow!

The original pizza over was painted charcoal and given a fresh look, while a new pergola was constructed to frame the outdoor dining area.

Geometric tile was added to the dining area for a playful and artistic touch!

The same tile found in the back accents the front walk. While the warm gray tones, and darker wood fencing help connect the inside out and create an oh so important cohesive home!
